"Death borders upon our birth, and our cradle stands in the grave."

Ah, I love email. I just get so darn excited when my email program chimes at me. Everyday I get hundreds of emails from people around the world, and let me say this. I'm scared. Real scared. Below are just a few examples of the kind of email I get. Every email is printed exactly as I got it, including all misspellings and insane ravings.

This thing really sucks because you are just calculating the death date by subtracting the age from average living life and thats it !!!! its all fake!! phoney !! rubbish, blah!blah!blah! Atleast put up something realistic if u have the guts to publish this junk! calculate the actual date......and that will be better u can ask for some more details .....and i suppose ,thats not a problem so PLEASE consider it !!
OR
SHUT DOWN THIS SITE!!!!

I can see it now - ICQ is going to become the AOL of the future. Oh wait... don't they own ICQ? -sigh-

this is a really childish website, can you imagine how people must feel if they read that they could die tomorrow.how would you feel if you had been told that you were going to pass away any second? scared i bet but you still continue to scare the living daylights out of people you dont even know.

    The Death Clock replies...

But you see, I could die any second. Everyone can die at any moment. If you choose to live in fear because of a web site... I pity you.

Your not too bright to actually make a website that'll give people an exact date and time when they will die? Well that's what you did.I am concerned about your actions on your webpage, kind of sad too your clock needs to be reset or the battery needs to be changed or something.Only the Almighty God will know when one will pass on.That decision is not up to your "Clock".I think you need to find something better to do with your time and stop wasting your time on your "Clock" or reset your clock to where it will tell people something good rather than something bad.

Thank you and God bless you,

Jeff

Ah, yes, a preacher with the email name, "stonedagain." How ironic.

Leonor Labaut (aka_monkeygirl@hotmail.com) writes...

Hey! It's Leonor Labaut. How do you know that I will going to die on August 8, 2065?!!! That is very bull****! I checked my friends' b-day dates they will die when they are 70 between 80 that is not true. What about ages are 80 between 100? Are you scarey of me? Please e-mail me back. If you don't e-mail me back. I will e-mail too much and pick on you. Thank you bye. E-mail me aka_monkeygirl@hotmail.com

    The Death Clock replies...

Oh no, please don't pick on me! How do I know that you will die on August 8, 2065? I don't. Do this right now. Walk away from the computer. Go to the library (since you obviously don't have any books at home). Get a dictionary. Look up the word, "game." Return to your computer. Turn it off. Thank you.
